Our Story
PTO Manager was born out of frustration. Alex, our founder, spent years watching teams struggle with time off management. Spreadsheets. Email chains. Forgotten approvals. Compliance nightmares.
He knew there had to be a better way. In 2021, he partnered with Sarah, an experienced engineer with deep HR tech expertise, and together they set out to build the simplest, most powerful time off management platform ever created.
What started as a side project quickly gained traction. Within the first year, hundreds of companies were using PTO Manager to manage thousands of employees' time off. Requests that used to take days now took minutes.
Today, PTO Manager is used by 2,000+ teams across industries, from startups to enterprises. We're proud of the impact we've made, but we're just getting started. Our vision is to be the go-to platform for time off management globally.
